Executive Personal Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible personal assistant to provide personalized support with professional and personal tasks. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, running errands, managing several Airbnbs, keeping track of important paperwork and assisting with other duties in and out of the office as necessary.
Our ideal personal assistant candidate is organized, good at multitasking and has exceptional time management skills, allowing them to properly prioritize and complete their tasks.
Responsibilities:
●Managing calendar, communications, correspondence, bills, and calls
●Administrative management, including office management, monthly bills, problem-solving, etc.
●Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems to organize project-based paperwork and electronic files
●Liaising with outside companies and agencies in support of business and personal activities
●Manage and organize both professional and personal correspondence inbox
●Be the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and clients
●Assist with daily time management
●Run errands as requested
●Produce daily reports, presentations, and briefs

Requirements:
